Our journey began with extensive research and market analysis to understand the challenges facing STEM education in India. We studied successful industrial education models from global leaders—China, Germany, and others—to identify best practices in upskilling programs. Our research revealed that while countries like China and Germany have robust hands-on STEM learning ecosystems, India’s current approach lacked the integration of modern technologies and practical skill-building.
With this insight, we recognized a pressing need to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application in Indian schools. Our goal became clear: to address the shortcomings in STEM education by creating a composite upskilling program that not only aligns with national standards but also meets global benchmarks. This initiative is designed to empower students with critical technical and soft skills, preparing them for the challenges of the future.
